What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3 business days or sooner. Local orders are processed within 1 business day.

 

Delivery fee

Courier fee is R99, door to door delivery. Post Net and Post Office addresses are accepted.

 

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS FOR VOUCHERS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Item must be returned within 2 days of receipt.

Item must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

Non-returnable items include sale items, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits.

Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Customer is responsible for courier fees to send the order back to Love Lee SA.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

You cannot return same item twice after the correct amendments have been done.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME 

Upon receipt of your item, your return for a voucher will be processed within 3-4 working days. You will be notified via email once your return has been administered.

 

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

Re pack the item securely and write “Reason for Return” on the back of your original invoice if you received one or on a piece of paper and include it with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your record
